Tifanie R. McMillan is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law where she was a member of the National Trial Team and received the Holderness Moot Court Gressman-Pollitt Award. She is licensed to practice in Ohio and in the U.S. Southern District of Ohio. She has been recognized by Images of Excellence as a Leader for the Future and by the YWCA as a Rising Star.
Ms. McMillan began her legal career with the City of Cincinnati as an Assistant Prosecutor and was promoted to an Assistant City Solicitor. She has experience in domestic violence prevention, criminal prosecution, non-profit law, environmental law, personal injury, labor and employment and secured transactions. She is an Adjunct Professor at Chase College of Law where she coaches students on trial techniques and litigation skills. She has been a guest lecturer at Mount Saint Joseph, University of Cincinnati Raymond Walters and Miami University.
