Where there’s a case with significant substance abuse issues or violence issues or alienation issues or addiction issues of any kind we often will insist that our client be the sole custodian or if we do enter share parenting plan it’s in name only by that I mean the person gets the decision making. So it’s very important that the client understand the importance of the psychological evaluations and our firm has a great deal of experience in custody matters and in guiding clients through this process.
