Carrie R. Waide joined Phyllis G. Bossin & Associates in May 2012 as a law clerk and has exclusively practiced family law since being admitted to the bar. Carrie is passionate about the practice of family law and assisting clients during difficult periods of family transition. She is collaboratively trained and is an active member of the Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals. Carrie is experienced in negotiation, mediation, collaborative law, and trial practice, and is able to assess the needs of each individual client to determine the best course of action to reach the best possible outcome for the client and their family.

Carrie received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Women's Studies from Kansas State University in 2010 where she graduated magna cum laude. She earned her J.D. in 2013 from the University Of Cincinnati College Of Law. While in law school, Carrie was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board and served as the Intramural Competition Director, as well as volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA).

Carrie was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in November 2013 and in Kentucky in May 2014. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Section of Family Law), Ohio Bar Association, and the Cincinnati Bar Association.
